業務内容- Lead end-to-end negotiations for digital partnerships in Japan, including music streaming, fitness platforms, social and gaming services
- Structure deal terms, analyze economics, and optimize revenue models
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities while enhancing existing relationships
- Refresh, maintain, and evaluate financial models to assess ROI and long-term value
- Conduct data analysis to support negotiation and pricing strategies
- Monitor market benchmarks, trends, and growth indicators
- Develop presentations and business cases for senior leadership, stakeholders, and partners
- Communicate complex strategic initiatives and performance insights clearly through high-quality materials
- Support the development of local and regional digital strategy using both quantitative and qualitative insights
- Analyze platform and market performance to generate actionable business intelligence
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader business priorities
- Support deal analysis and business development workflow activities across the APAC team

求めるキャリア
スキルや応募資格- 5+ years of experience in business development
- Proven track record in leading and closing complex commercial negotiations for digital partnerships, licensing agreements, and/or strategic alliances
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset; ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Established senior-level relationships with DSPs, media/technology companies, and emerging digital platforms
- Team-oriented collaborator who thrives in a cross-functional environment
- (Bonus) Passion for music and/or understanding of the music industry or copyright frameworks is advantageous but not required — industry training will be provided
